1. When were you born? Where?

I was born at Fawcett Central Hospital in 1996

2. What were some of the first words and phrases you spoke?

"Apple". I love apples.

3. At what age did you first attend school? What school did you go to? Did you like it?

I was 4 when I went into Preschool.

4. Name one of your fondest childhood memories.

The first time I stood up to a bully. I was in Kindergarten,

Having to deal with the stitches after standing up to the bully.

6. Name one of your most embarrassing.

The day I chipped a tooth because I was running too fast.

7. Which parent/adult were you closest to as a small child?

My mom.

8. What about as a teenager?

It's the same, but Dad and I are closer now.

9. Did you ever try drinking, drugs, or both? What all have you tried? Were you ever caught?

NO! Absolutely not!

10. Did you ever skip school? How frequently?

No!

11. Who was your best friend when you were really small?

Jeffery Harris, the boy I protected from the bully.

12. Who was your best friend when you were a teenager?

Probably Jeffery still, and maybe Alex.

13. Did you sleep with stuffed animals? At what age did you stop – if you ever did?

I did, with a stuffed tiger Mom named Tawny. I still have him, but I don't sleep with him

14. Did you ever have braces or glasses growing up?

I did need braces for a few years in middle school.

15. Did you ever break your arm or leg and need crutches – or anything similar to that?

I had stitches when I was little, but nothing beyond that.

16. Did you ever have any strange habits that you outgrew but were teased for?

I was (and still am) a bit shy. I'm just not teased about it now.

17. How well did you get along with your parents and siblings?

I get along well with all of them.

18. If you could go back and change one thing about the past, would you? What would you change?

I don't think there is anything.

19. What were some of your favorite pranks to pull when you were younger? Did you have any favorite jokes? What made you laugh the most
back then?

I never was one for pranks. I loved a lot of jokes but never really had a "favorite".

20. Did you have any pets? If not, why? If you did, what were they?

Ionly had small things, like fish. Mr Fishy Man was my fish, and he lasted five years even though he was a goldfish I won at a fair.
